Pennsylvania HB2147 amends the Liquor Code to allow distilleries established before 1885 to obtain a distillery of historical significance license. This license permits the distillery to manufacture and sell liquor produced on the premises to the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board, licensed entities, and the public. The bill also allows for the exchange of a distillery license for a distillery of historical significance license without charge, provided the distillery meets the establishment date requirement.
