Pennsylvania HB2143 amends Title 42 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to require the Pennsylvania State Police to maintain and post a list of individuals convicted of animal abuse offenses on a publicly accessible Internet website. The list will include the individual's photograph, full legal name, and date of birth, but will not include Social Security numbers or other identification numbers. The list will be maintained for two years after a first conviction and five years after a subsequent conviction, unless the offense is expunged.
