Pennsylvania HB2114 amends Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes by adding a section that criminalizes the use, placement, or distribution of adhesive pest control devices. This prohibition does not apply to individuals certified as applicators under the Pennsylvania Pesticide Control Act of 1973. A person who violates this section shall be sentenced to pay a fine of no more than $25. The act takes effect in 60 days.
