Introduced Text

Pennsylvania HB2080 amends the disposition of unserviceable personal property and surplus road, bridge materials or equipment.

Pennsylvania HB2080 modifies the process for disposing of unserviceable personal property and surplus road, bridge materials or equipment. The bill requires that such materials first be offered free of charge to the political subdivision, provided they agree to transport the materials from the site. If the political subdivision declines, the materials are offered for sale to other political subdivisions at the best available price. If a political subdivision obtains millings and cannot use them, they may sell them, with proceeds deposited into the Motor License Fund.
