Pennsylvania HB2016 amends the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act to void home improvement contracts that include clauses awarding attorney fees and costs to a prevailing party in an action or arbitration, unless the provision applies equally to both parties. This change applies to contracts executed after the effective date of the amendment.
