Pennsylvania establishes the TRICARE Premium Reimbursement Program to provide grants for TRICARE premiums to eligible Pennsylvania National Guard.

Pennsylvania enacts the TRICARE Premium Reimbursement Program to support members of the Pennsylvania National Guard who are eligible for TRICARE Reserve Select coverage. The program provides grants of up to $60 per month to reimburse premiums for individual coverage and for immediate family members under the TRICARE Reserve Select and TRICARE dental programs. Funding comes from state appropriations and gifts or donations. The program is administered by the Pennsylvania Department of Military Affairs, which will also establish guidelines and regulations for its implementation.
