Pennsylvania HB2003 mandates that flags of the United States or Pennsylvania procured by the Department of General Services must be made in America.

Pennsylvania HB2003 amends Title 62 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to require that any flag of the United States or Pennsylvania procured by the Department of General Services for public display must be produced in the United States and made from materials sourced within the United States. Additionally, these flags must include the words "Made in America" on their identifying label. This act will take effect 60 days after its passage.
