Pennsylvania HB1990 amends The Fiscal Code to extend the expiration date of certain special funds to December 31, 2029. These funds include those for cancer control, prevention and research, ambulatory surgical center data collection, the Joint Underwriting Association, entertainment business financial management firms, private dam financial assurance, and reinstatement of item vetoes. The bill affects all departments, boards, commissions, and officers of the State government, every political subdivision of the State, and certain officers of such subdivisions.
