Pennsylvania HB1966 amends jurisdiction and extradition laws to protect reproductive health care services.

Pennsylvania HB1966 amends Title 42 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to modify procedures involving reproductive health care services. It restricts courts from ordering service of documents for matters related to reproductive health care services in tribunals outside Pennsylvania. Additionally, it limits the authority of peace officers from other states to arrest individuals within Pennsylvania for crimes involving reproductive health care services.
