Pennsylvania HB1916 amends electronic toll collection procedures for the turnpike.

Pennsylvania HB1916 amends Title 74 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to enhance electronic toll collection procedures. Specifically, it mandates that the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission establish an appeal process allowing customers at least six months from the posting date of a video toll or flat video toll on their account to file an appeal. This act will take effect in 60 days.
