Pennsylvania HB1906 amends the Public Official Compensation Law to adjust the annual cost-of-living for the Governor, Lieutenant Governor, State Treasurer, Auditor General, Attorney General, and heads of departments. It also modifies the cost-of-living adjustments for General Assembly members and officers. Adjustments are calculated using the Consumer Price Index for All Urban Consumers (CPI-U) for the Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland area.
