Pennsylvania HB1892 amends the Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law by adding a definition for "gasoline dealer" and clarifying that increasing the posted price per gallon for gasoline at retail locations between deliveries is prohibited. The bill also specifies that a change in posted price must be determined separately for each grade of gasoline and each payment method at each retail location. Exceptions include changes due to tax adjustments or corrections of clerical errors.
