Pennsylvania HB1866 amends the definition of prohibited offensive weapons in inchoate crimes.

Pennsylvania HB1866 amends Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to redefine prohibited offensive weapons in inchoate crimes. It specifies that certain weapons, including machine guns, machinegun conversion devices, and sawed-off shotguns, are prohibited. The Attorney General must notify the Legislative Reference Bureau within 10 days of the effective date of this section. The act takes effect immediately upon enactment, with the remainder taking effect 30 days after publication in the Pennsylvania Bulletin.
