Pennsylvania HB181 mandates transparency for political subdivision authorities and municipal authorities.

Pennsylvania HB181 amends Title 53 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to require all authorities created by political subdivisions to maintain a publicly accessible Internet website. This website must include the name of each board member, the length and expiration date of their term, an email address for contact, the name and office of the individual who appointed each board member, and the publicly accessible Internet website of the government entity that established the authority.
