Pennsylvania HB1802 mandates coverage of COVID-19 vaccines without cost-sharing in health insurance policies and government programs.

Pennsylvania HB1802 amends the Insurance Company Law of 1921 to require health insurance policies to cover COVID-19 vaccines without cost-sharing. This applies to policies filed with the federal government or the Insurance Department and those issued or renewed 180 days after the act's effective date. Government programs must also cover COVID-19 vaccines without cost-sharing. The act takes effect immediately upon enactment.
