Pennsylvania HB1736 introduces a new wild resource conservation plate design for vehicles.

Pennsylvania HB1736 amends Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to introduce a new wild resource conservation plate design for vehicles. The new design features a saw-whet owl perched on a pine tree branch over a yellow-white background with the words "Conserve Wild Resources" at the top and "Pennsylvania" overlaying a keystone at the bottom. The Department of Transportation will issue this plate upon application and an additional $35 fee. The Wild Resource Conservation Fund will receive $15 from each fee.
