Pennsylvania HB1713 amends the definition of "economic development agencies" in the Economic Development Agency, Fiduciary and Lender Environmental Liability Protection Act. The bill includes redevelopment authorities, industrial development agencies, industrial and commercial development authorities, area loan organizations, and other authorities that acquire property. It also includes municipalities and tourist promotion agencies involved in acquiring former industrial sites. The changes will take effect in 60 days.
