Pennsylvania HB1692 amends the Unemployment Compensation Law to provide relief from charges for employers and eligibility for compensation for employees affected by domestic violence. Employers are relieved of charges for compensation if an employee leaves work due to domestic violence, provided the employee submits documentation. Eligible employees can receive expedited determinations of eligibility. The documentation of domestic violence remains confidential.
