Pennsylvania HB1679 amends election laws to allow property owners to report voters not residing at the address.

Pennsylvania HB1679 amends Title 25 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to allow property owners or lessees to report voters registered at their address who do not currently reside there. The commission will notify the voter and attempt to contact them at an alternative address to update their registration. This process is in addition to existing voter removal programs.
