Pennsylvania HB1646 amends the Barbers' License Law by changing the quorum requirement for the State Board of Barber Examiners. Under the new law, a majority of the members of the board who are lawfully serving on the board shall constitute a quorum for the purpose of conducting the board's business. This act takes effect immediately.
