Pennsylvania HB1643 amends Title 42 to allow foreign judgments to be filed in Pennsylvania courts, treated the same as local judgments, and enforced accordingly. However, courts cannot enforce foreign judgments related to reproductive health care services, defined as medical, surgical, counseling, or referral services concerning the human reproductive system, including those related to pregnancy, contraception, or termination of a pregnancy. This act takes effect in 60 days.
