Pennsylvania HB1632 amends the Public School Code of 1949 to require the Department of Education to develop a continuing professional education program on human trafficking awareness and prevention. The program, beginning in the 2025-2026 school year, must be at least one hour long and can be delivered electronically. It will be developed in consultation with the Office of Attorney General, the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency's Office of Victims' Services, and a human trafficking organization.
