Pennsylvania HB1618 allows restaurants with a valid license to apply for a permit to operate up to two additional satellite locations for selling.

Pennsylvania HB1618 amends the Liquor Code to allow restaurants with a valid license to apply for a restaurant satellite location permit. This permit allows the restaurant to operate up to two additional locations within the state for selling alcohol. The satellite location must have an area of at least 400 square feet, be equipped with tables and chairs to accommodate at least 30 people, and be a reputable place operated by responsible persons. The permit is valid for up to two years and requires approval from the municipality and the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board.
