Pennsylvania HB1599 amends Title 66 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to require electric distribution companies to become members of regional transmission organizations. The report must include all recorded votes, explanations of how these votes serve the public interest, and definitions of key terms. This act takes effect 60 days after enactment.
