Pennsylvania HB1581 amends Title 18 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to further provide for the offense of sale or illegal use of certain solvents and noxious substances. It prohibits the sale or offer to sell to minors any noxious substance or solvent that releases toxic vapors or fumes if there is reasonable cause to suspect the product will be used for illegal purposes. The bill also prohibits the sale or offer to sell to any person any noxious substance or solvent if there is reasonable cause to suspect it will be used for illegal purposes.
