Pennsylvania HB1483 amends the Liquor Code to restrict employment of minors in liquor distribution.

Pennsylvania HB1483 amends the Liquor Code to make it unlawful for distributors and importing distributors to employ minors under the age of sixteen. The bill allows persons aged sixteen and seventeen to work within licensed premises but prohibits them from selling malt and brewed beverages. Only persons aged eighteen and over may sell and deliver malt and brewed beverages. The changes take effect 60 days after the act's passage.
