Pennsylvania HB1461 establishes a Career and Technical Education Investment Incentive Program to encourage private investment in career and technical.

HB1461 amends the Public School Code of 1949 to create the Career and Technical Education Investment Incentive Program. This program allows business firms to receive tax credits for contributions to nonprofit career and technical education partnership organizations. These organizations must support or expand access to career and technical education programs, contributing at least 80% of their annual cash receipts to participating schools for program-related costs.
