Pennsylvania HB1380 amends the Conservation and Natural Resources Act to require an annual report from the Chief Forest Fire Warden.

Pennsylvania HB1380 amends the Conservation and Natural Resources Act by adding a requirement for the Chief Forest Fire Warden to submit an annual report by March 1. The report must detail activities under fire resource plans, the amount and locations of wildfires, actions taken to prevent wildfires, prescribed or controlled burns, and the statewide manpower and equipment for combating wildfires. This act will take effect in 60 days.
