Pennsylvania HB1341 amends revenue distribution for fines from vehicle offenses.

Pennsylvania HB1341 modifies the distribution of fines from vehicle offenses prosecuted by the State Police. It specifies that revenue from such fines will go to municipalities providing at least 40 hours per week of local police services. If a municipality does not meet this requirement, the undistributed revenue will be transferred to the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency for grants supporting police department regionalization and accreditation.
