Pennsylvania HB1296 amends Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to allow applicants for driver's licenses or vehicle registrations to contribute to the Fire Company Grant Program and Emergency Medical Services Grant Program. Applicants can contribute $5 for a driver's license or vehicle registration renewal and $10 for a two-year vehicle registration. These contributions are added to the regular fees and are transferred to a restricted account in the General Fund for grants by the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency.
