HB1285 amends Pennsylvania law to prohibit certain individuals and entities from cooperating with out-of-state investigations into abortion activities that are legal in Pennsylvania. This includes Commonwealth government entities, law enforcement agencies, peace officers, and political subdivisions. The prohibition does not apply if the investigation involves conduct that would be a violation of Pennsylvania law. The act takes effect 60 days after enactment.
