Pennsylvania HB1264 amends Title 51 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to authorize the Adjutant General to lease portions of Fort Indiantown Gap to entities that operate revenue-generating businesses or nonprofits. These businesses must benefit the local community and personnel of Fort Indiantown Gap. Income from these leases is deposited into the newly established Service Members, Veterans and their Families Fund, which supports quality of life activities and programs for service members, veterans, and their families.
