Pennsylvania HB1230 amends the Real Estate Appraisers Certification Act to modify the State Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers. The bill specifies that one of the ten board members must be a professional who is both a certified Pennsylvania evaluator and a State-certified real estate appraiser. The appointment must clearly state in which capacity the member is being appointed. The act will take effect in 60 days.
