Pennsylvania HB122 prohibits the World Health Organization, United Nations, and World Economic Forum from having jurisdiction or enforcing mandates.

Pennsylvania HB122 amends Title 42 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to explicitly state that the World Health Organization, United Nations, and World Economic Forum have no jurisdiction or power within the Commonwealth. It prohibits any rules, regulations, fees, taxes, policies, or mandates from these organizations from being enforced or implemented by the state or any of its agencies, departments, boards, commissions, political subdivisions, governmental entities, municipalities, or other political entities. The act is set to take effect 60 days after its passage.
