Pennsylvania HB121 mandates safety certificate exams for minors operating snowmobiles and all-terrain vehicles.

Pennsylvania HB121 amends Title 75 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to require an in-person safety certificate examination for minors under age sixteen operating snowmobiles and all-terrain vehicles. The examination must be offered at least once in each county, approved by the department. This act will take effect in 60 days.
