Pennsylvania HB1174 amends meeting regulations for condominiums, cooperatives, and planned communities.

HB1174 amends Title 68 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to revise meeting regulations for condominiums, cooperatives, and planned communities. It mandates that meetings of the association must be held at least once a year and requires special meetings to be called by the president. Notice of meetings must be delivered to unit owners and proprietary lessees at least ten to sixty days in advance, either by mail or electronic means if agreed upon.
