Pennsylvania HB1173 amends the Liquor Code to strengthen enforcement by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. It allows individuals under twenty-one years of age to purchase, possess, or transport liquor or malt or brewed beverages if they are at least eighteen years old, are officers, employees, or interns of the enforcement bureau, have completed specified training, are acting within their duties, and are supervised by an adult enforcement bureau officer. It prohibits individuals under twenty-one from consuming such beverages.
