Pennsylvania HB1117 amends the Department of Drug and Alcohol Programs' duties to include developing a State plan for substance use disorder control, prevention, intervention, treatment, rehabilitation, research, education, and training. The plan must specify actions taken, services provided, and funds expended, and include the current State plan and most recent quarterly evaluations. The Department must also submit annual reports to the General Assembly, make data and information widely available, and establish emergency medical services for individuals with substance use disorders.
