Pennsylvania HB1106 amends the Chiropractic Practice Act to create a certification process for chiropractic assistants. Eligible applicants must meet age, education, and moral character requirements, and pass an examination. Certified chiropractic assistants can only perform tasks assigned by and under the supervision of a licensed chiropractor. The act also allows for temporary certification, continuing education, and sets limitations on the number of assistants a chiropractor can supervise.
