Pennsylvania HB110 amends the 1970 act to allow minors aged 18 and older to consent to medical, dental, and health services without parental consent. It also grants minors aged 18 and older the ability to consent to voluntary inpatient or outpatient mental health treatment without parental consent. The bill allows minors to control the release of their medical records, including mental health treatment records, unless a parent or legal guardian has provided for continued treatment.
