Introduced Text

Pennsylvania HB1075 amends the price paid for game lands acquisitions and improvements.

Pennsylvania HB1075 amends Title 34 of the Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes to adjust the price paid for lands to be used as game lands. The commission may now pay a fair and reasonable price, not exceeding $400 per acre, consistent with the market value of land in the locality. This change applies to game lands acquisitions and improvements, excluding federal and other cost-sharing funds.
