Pennsylvania HB1071 amends the Liquor Code to allow holders of a limited winery license to obtain an off-premises wine catering permit for use in partnership with an otherwise unlicensed BYOB restaurant. The permit allows the licensee to sell wine by the glass, open bottle, or container. The permit requires written notice to the local police and enforcement bureau, and must include the location, dates, and times of use, as well as authorization by the local municipality. The permit is subject to an annual renewal fee of five hundred dollars ($500), paid into The State Stores Fund.
