Pennsylvania HB1069 amends the Public School Code to allow military children to enroll early and transfer credits.

Pennsylvania HB1069 amends the Public School Code to allow children of active-duty military members to enroll in school districts before establishing residency. This applies to children whose parents or guardians are active-duty members of the U.S. armed forces, including reserve components, and have received official military orders. To enroll early, parents or guardians must provide official military orders and proof of intent to move into the school district. After 45 days, they must provide proof of residence.
