Pennsylvania HB1050 amends the Local Option Small Games of Chance Act to redefine "games of chance" to include electronic pull-tab games, establish a maximum prize limit of $5,000 per single chance, and set an aggregate prize limit of $70,000 for pull-tab deals with more than 4,000 individual pull-tabs. The bill also introduces definitions for "progressive pull-tab game," "passive selection device," and "electronic pull-tab device," and specifies that electronic pull-tab games cannot replicate casino-style table games.
