Pennsylvania HB1041 allows a single entity to hold and operate both a brewery license and a limited distillery license at the same location.
HB1041 amends the Pennsylvania Liquor Code to allow a single entity to hold and operate both a brewery license and a limited distillery license at the same location. The areas subject to each license must be clearly delineated and may overlap. Only the location used for manufacturing liquor and malt or brewed beverages may be dual-licensed. Each license may only operate during the hours permitted under the act. Citations for activities related to the operation of the location may be issued against one or both licenses. The act takes effect in 60 days.
