Oregon SJR202 proposes a constitutional amendment to extend regular legislative sessions by one day for each day a quorum is not achieved.

Oregon SJR202 proposes an amendment to the Oregon Constitution to extend the duration of regular legislative sessions by one calendar day for each day the Senate or the House of Representatives fails to achieve a quorum after attempting to do so. This amendment would be put to a vote at the next regular general election. The amendment also specifies that a regular session may be extended for an additional five days by a two-thirds vote of each house.
