Oregon SB1594 requires the Attorney General to publish model policies aimed at minimizing immigration enforcement at public schools, health facilities, courthouses, shelters, and other public facilities. Public bodies and entities contracting with public bodies for health, education, or justice services are encouraged to adopt these policies. The bill also mandates consultation with the Office of Immigrant and Refugee Advancement when developing these policies.
