Allows deployed service members to marry remotely if certain conditions are met.

Oregon HB4152 modifies marriage solemnization rules to allow deployed service members to marry remotely. This applies to members of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps, Coast Guard, Space Force, and the National Guard. The marriage can proceed if solemnized by a judicial officer, the service member appears remotely via communication technology, and all other marriage requirements are met. The judicial officer may also waive the fee for such marriages.
