Calls for a Constitutional Convention to revise or replace the Oklahoma Constitution.

This resolution calls for a Constitutional Convention to alter, revise, or amend the current Oklahoma Constitution or propose a new Constitution. The Convention will consist of 112 delegates, selected from various categories including state legislators, executive department officials, judges, and the public. The Convention will convene in July 2027 and adjourn by June 2028. Delegates will not receive compensation but will be reimbursed for travel expenses. Any proposed changes will be submitted to state voters for approval or rejection in the 2028 General Election.
