Oklahoma SJR32 proposes a constitutional amendment to modify the number of votes required for determining ratio and per centum. It changes the office used for determining ratio and per centum from the Office of the Governor to the state office receiving the most votes. The amendment also updates language, authorizes the people of a county to bring petitions for any purpose, modifies the requisite number of petitioners for county petitions to 11.5% or 5,000 legal voters, whichever is smaller, and provides a ballot title.
